By using Yiqux’s website (the “Site”), you are agreeing to our privacy policy, which applies to the use of the Site and Yiqux’s applications.  Yiqux reserves the right at any time, without further notice, to change and modify this privacy policy.  You should check this privacy policy periodically.

We here at Yiqux respect your privacy.  Here is a little explanation of when and why we might collect your data, and what we do with it.

 

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Yiqux does not collect personal information on our Site. However, Yiqux uses Apple Inc.’s billing software to process purchases of, and paid subscriptions to, Yiqux applications made through the iTunes Store. As a result, when arranging your purchase via your mobile device or through the iTunes Store, you may be asked to provide personal information to Apple Inc., such as your name, email address or zip code (for billing purposes).

This information is only collected as a means of supporting our paid subscription programs available for certain applications.  Unless the Law forces us, we will not share any personal information with any unaffiliated third party for any purpose…ever.  We will not send promotional emails or special offers, we will not contact you for market research, and we will not provide your information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.  In addition, Yiqux will never sell your personal information to any unaffiliated third party…ever.

 

Security

While we take all necessary measures to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, therefore we cannot guarantee complete security.

 

A Word about Analytics Services

We like to know how you feel about our applications and how they are working for you.  For that reason, we use analytics programs such as Google Analytics, Fabric, and Flurry, to give us feedback.  However, any data that passes between us and the analytics provider is shared in anonymous form; it cannot be connected in any way to your personal information.   As a tip, some but not all of our applications actually allow you to turn off the analytics from the application settings if you wish.

 

Cookies

The analytics programs mentioned above use cookies in order perform their services.  Cookies are small amounts of data stored on your computer when you browse the Internet, which allow your web browser to remember you the next time you visit a given website.  This helps your web browser deliver you a more tailored experience. For example, cookies allow a website to remember your login information, your search history, your user preferences on a given website, etc.

It is important to note that cookies are not linked to personal information; no personally identifiable information is accessible from our Site.   However, you may still opt to set your web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent if you so choose.
